2.2 “User” or “You” refers to any individual or organization accessing or using Airdoc or related services.
2.3 “Healthcare Professional” refers to individuals qualified to provide medical diagnoses or treatments who may use Airdoc as a supplementary tool.
3. Scope of Services 3.1 Airdoc is designed to provide supplementary diagnostic insights and should not be used as a standalone diagnostic tool. Healthcare Professionals must verify all outputs independently before making clinical decisions.
3.2 We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of the outputs generated by Airdoc. It is the User’s responsibility to interpret and apply insights appropriately.
4. User Obligations 4.1 Users must ensure they have adequate technical infrastructure to operate Airdoc.
4.2 Users must not misuse Airdoc, including but not limited to using it for purposes other than medical analysis or in violation of applicable laws.
4.3 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any data or patient information entered into Airdoc in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant data protection laws.
5. Data Privacy 5.1 UK AI Medical Limited processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.
5.2 By using Airdoc, Users acknowledge and consent to the processing of anonymized data for the purposes of improving our services.
6. Intellectual Property 6.1 All intellectual property rights related to Airdoc and associated materials remain the exclusive property of UK AI Medical Limited.
6.2 Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Airdoc strictly in accordance with these Terms.
7. Limitations of Liability 7.1 UK AI Medical Limited is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Airdoc.
7.2 The Company is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the outputs generated by Airdoc. Users assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on Airdoc’s insights.
8. Warranties 8.1 Airdoc is provided “as is,” and we make no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding its performance, accuracy, or suitability for specific purposes.
8.2 We do not warrant that Airdoc will be free from interruptions, errors, or malicious components.
9. Termination 9.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Airdoc for any User who breaches these Terms without prior notice.
9.2 Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms will immediately cease.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10.2 Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to Terms 11.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of Airdoc constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
